I saw a jewelry store today called Pandora. Interesting name. Every time someone opens up one of the boxes, they’re opening a “Pandora’s box.” Do they mean to imply that the jewelry represents all the evils beset on humans, or was it just a cute name to them? Greed was one of the things to come out of Pandora’s box, and greed is what drives us to buy useless but pretty baubles like jewelry, after all. Maybe the owner of the store is a very cynical person who delights in satire.

Just last night, I was enlightened to the existence of some unusual products and the hilarious reviews garnered. I believe it is my duty to the world to archive the links here on this blog, as I find myself increasingly less motivated to write about personal stuff.
We’ll start with the Cloverdale Fresh Rabbit. I’m sure you’ll find reviews that are near and dear to your heart, but here’s a few of my favorites.

I finally got around to watching the season finale of Desperate Housewives… and Bree, who is my favorite of the housewives, had this awesome line, “The man put CHIVES in my Parisian salad! He should be in a strait-jacket!”
Odo!

Shape shifting and all that aside, the Odo-Quark relationship has some of the best moments for Odo. For example, in The Ascent, Odo’s eating soup and of course Quark’s overly sensitive ears can hear everything he complains about Odo’s lip smacking. Later, when Quark’s frantically trying to pinpoint the source of a suspicious noise, Odo practically giggles after saying, “How can I hear anything over all the lip smacking?” and loudly smacks his lips together.
